Overstory warrants the motorized louver mechanism and electrical components against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from delivery to the original residential purchaser.
Warranty remedy and exclusions
For a covered claim, Overstory may repair, replace, or refund the affected product at its discretion. This limited warranty does not cover improper foundation, assembly, anchoring, or electrical work; misuse; modification; corrosion from chemicals or salt; normal weathering or cosmetic variation; severe weather or external events; or commercial use. Labor, removal, and reinstallation are excluded.
