Refund policy

Standard Axis 3×3 and Axis 3×4 items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery if unused, unassembled, uninstalled, and returned in their original condition and packaging. A return merchandise authorization, or RMA, is required before a return is sent.

For buyer-remorse returns, return freight is your responsibility. Overstory pays return freight for damaged or incorrect items. Original outbound shipping is nonrefundable except for damaged or incorrect items. There is no restocking fee.

Custom footprints, custom finishes, and made-to-order options are final after design and production approval, except for damage, defects, or statutory rights.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and approval.
