Your Axis project
Axis is planned around your chosen footprint, options, and delivery access. Your project confirmation will state the applicable product, price, estimated completion, ship and delivery date, and delivery service before payment is captured. A displayed starting price applies to the stated format and may differ from the details of a custom project.
Site and delivery readiness
You are responsible for providing accurate site, access, and delivery information and for arranging any local permissions, approvals, site work, foundations, installation, utilities, or other requirements for your location. Delivery is curbside freight unless another service is itemized in your project confirmation.
Dates, returns, refunds, and warranty
If Overstory cannot meet the stated delivery date, you may accept the delay or cancel for a full prompt refund. The Shipping and Returns, Refund, and Warranty policies form part of these terms and describe the applicable return, refund, and warranty rights.
Governing law
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Overstory is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of this website or a product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
